A Perceptual Structure to Support the Evaluation of the Improvement Interventions on Territory.The agricultural and rural policies on the hand, and the protection policies and enhancement environmental policies, on the other, should be planned and structured considering the expectations and the objectives of all territorial stakeholders. In particular, between the all local stakeholders, the social stakeholder is very important. If you want to ensure fairness and democracy of the processes and of the actions, which are proposed by the agricultural, by the rural and the environmental policies, it is necessary to consider the “social point of view”. Therefore, it is necessary to define a social evaluation model for the agricultural, for the rural and for the environmental policies. This study proposes a social evaluation model for the environmental and territorial policies. This evaluation model is a perceptual-values kind . It can be used to identify the values that the community attaches to the environment and to the territory, and it can be still used to identify the values that the community attaches to all actions which are foreseen by the environmental and territorial policies. In particular, the study proposes a social evaluation model for the SIC: the “Collina di Pentimele”.
