Il turismo nei cimiteri è un segmento d’interesse relativamentenuovo, inserito nella categoria del cosiddetto dark tourism,ovvero connesso al tema della morte, della sofferenza edel dolore, o nella categoria del turismo religioso in quantopellegrinaggio in un luogo di culto. Esso consiste nel visitarei cimiteri, e i luoghi di sepoltura, poiché considerati fonte diattrazione culturale e dunque turistica.
