This study sets out to identify the behaviour and the perception of female contingent workers respect to the motivational perspective. Particularly to turn one’s attention at the opportunities to profit by this kind of work on behalf of different side of privacy: household, education, leisure activities. The research carried out through questionnaire delivered at the sample (N=207) of public and private female workers. In the analysis was applied two test: Chi-square model of Pearson and ANOVA Oneway. The outcomes are disclosed a mean motivation and satisfaction as to their own work. Generally anxiety and cares rise from three factor: perception on the unstableness and changeability of own employment; wish of development of career; insufficient labour protection. This is so much important for the female workers with high level of education and with part-time job. The anxiety for the instability of own activity is very high between the young workers (25-34) and the very young (18-24), where as decreases with the rise of the female worker age, up to become stable in the workers over 45. In brief, the complexity of the real situation is emerged from this study with a particular regard for the difficulties and ambivalences within female workers try out from inside of the new methods of work.
