This paper presents SCOPE, a novel Multi-Agent modelling and simulation platform specifically designed to emulate and study complex supply chains. SCOPE allows the user to create supply chains of any size, defining customers and providers for each company, without limiting assumptions on random variables of the production-distribution and delivery system. In order to show the benefits of this platform, we also present a practical example of how SCOPE can overcome limitations of other classical methods for supply analysis.
