The principle of transparency has been affirmed in the italian judical system with the legislative decree No. 33 of 2013 and it has become rule of the administrative process and administrative organizzazion. Thanks to a series of legislative provisions the citizens'right to the decision making of the public institutions assumes a central role. The administrations have au outriight obligation to assure the accessibility of the information to an indefinite plurality of subjects and to spread them through their own institututional websites.
