A 47-Year-Old Patient With Multiple Desquamative Patches and Subsequent Onset of Papular Lesions: Challenge

A 47-year-old male patient presented at the Dermatologic Unit of a hospital in our area with scaly, erythematous, slightly itchy, patches located at the trunk and in cervical region (Fig. 1A). Lesions were noticed by patient 4 months earlier. Concurrently, small cutaneous papules, measuring 2 cm in their greatest diameter, were found in the right axillary region (Fig. 1B). He had neither previous history of skin cancer nor family history of neoplastic diseases. Two skin biopsies of the trunk (Figs. 2A, B) and axillary lesion (Figs. 3A, B) were performed 2 months apart from each other. WHAT IS YOUR DIAGNOSIS?
