This article focuses on the historical and hagiographical work of Gregorius Turonensis, in order to select and to examine the episodes dedicated to childhood. The aim is to understand the Gregorius' attitude towards children and to identify the changes introduced in childhood perception by Christian religion in the VIth century's Gaul.

Abstract
