Negli ultimi anni la giurisprudenza è intervenuta più volte in tema di rapporti tra il notaio, le parti contraenti e l’amministrazione finanziaria. Si esaminano alcuni aspetti controversi sottolineando come, nell’apprezzare la peculiarità della figura del notaio nell’ambito dell’imposta di registro, non si debba dimenticare che il soggetto passivo è il titolare della capacità contributiva.
