The knowledge of stratified urban sites produces phenomena of integration between cultural and sustainable economic development. In the era of globalization, this kind of symbiosis is essential in order to insert a territory, however renown and emblematic, in an economically dynamic circuit able to maintaining itself. Changes in the level of environmental quality generated cause also a remarkable ability to attract different forms of users. All these contents fall under the research carried out in the Laboratory of Representation through experimental three-dimensional data handling and virtual reality processing, for the construction of Information Systems able to manage the architectural heritage. The construction of the model, based on survey tool and structured with current technologies, aims to support a sustainable development. The outcome of this work is directed towards a sustainable tourism that is in turn able to generate an economic benefit in those places characterized by strong cultural value.
