The essay addresses the issue of participation in light of changes to the Act n.241/1990 from the reforms of 2005. From the analysis emerge lights and shadows of this reform, however, accompanied by the apparent attempt to ensure more effective participation in the administrative proceedings in a perspective of greater transparency.
Il saggio affronta il tema della partecipazione alla luce delle modifiche apportate alla legge n. 241/1990 dalle riforme del 2005. Dalla analisi condotta emergono luci ed ombre di tale riforma, accompagnate tuttavia dall'evidente tentativo di assicurare maggiore effettività alla partecipazione al procedimento amministrativo in un'ottica di maggiore trasparenza.
