In this paper the authors continue the research begun in the paper "Equitable specialized block-colourings for 4-cycle systems - I" [Reference 5], where they studied equitricolourings (i.e. equitable colourings of type 3) with 3 colours of C(4)-designs. Here the authors study equitricolourings for 4-cycle systems and, in particular, they give complete solutions for C(4)-systems of order 9, for C(4)-systems of order 1+24h, and prove that the upper chromatic index for these systems is 7. Further they obtain some results for equitricolourings with 4 colours.
In questo lavoro gli autori continuano la ricerca iniziata in precedenza in "Equitable specialized block-colourings for 4-cycle systems - I" [Reference 5], nella quale essi avevano esaminano "equitricolourings" (equitable colourings di tipo 3) con 3 colori di C(4)-designs. Qui essi affrontano lo studio di "equitricolorings", per C(4)-systems, ottenendo in particolare risultati completi per C(4)-systems di ordine 9, per C(4)-systems di ordine 1+24h e provando che per questi sistemi l'indice cromatico "upper" è 7. Infine vengono studiate "equitricolourings" con 4 colori.
