Caratteristiche e peculiarità delle strutture produttive di ortofrutticoli di IV gamma in Italia

The research is divided into two parts: the first explores the analysis of production and of the market in fruit and vegetables in “IV range” in Europe, particularly with regard to France, a country where the phenomenon originated; the second focuses on the analysis of the sector in Italy, with particular attention to the situation sicilian. In the latter case, there are many processing industries through direct survey supported by a survey -questionnaire specially prepared and tested, useful to deepen the structure and the prospects for this market.

La ricerca si articola in due parti: la prima approfondisce l’analisi della produzione e del mercato degli ortofrutticoli in IV gamma in Europa, con particolare riguardo alla Francia, paese ove il fenomeno ha avuto origine; la seconda si concentra sull’analisi del comparto in Italia, con particolare attenzione alla situazione siciliana. In quest’ultimo caso, sono state rilevate numerose industrie di trasformazione mediante indagine diretta supportata da una scheda-questionario appositamente predisposta e saggiata, utile per approfondire la struttura e le prospettive di tale mercato.
