Abstract

A work that deals with the analysis of persuasive political rhetoric in a British wartime context. It uses the Appraisal Framework (Martin and White 2005) to analyse the persuasive language of two of Britain's wartime Prime Ministers, Winston Churchill and Tony Blair.
