“Third Country Access to US and EU Public Procurement Markets: Legal Frameworks and Perspectives for a Mutual Openness” The presentation investigates to what extent United States and European Union are really ready to open their internal procurement markets to the external competition. Starting from the analysis of frameworks pertaining to each legal system, some considerations on the possible effects of a fair deal allowing mutual openness are presented.
