Interest in ferroelectric devices is increasing due to the extremely various applications involving sensors and actuators with a ferroelectric core. In particular, the hysteretic behavior of these devices is a key-point in many fields of application and the need of a deep characterization of such a behavior occurs. Industrial equipment for producing this kind of characterization is expensive and complex systems are needed for specific tasks. In this work a fully-automatic tool for addressing the properties of ferroelectric capacitors is proposed, with high flexibility and low cost features.

Abstract
Interest in ferroelectric devices is increasing due to the extremely various applications involving sensors and actuators with a ferroelectric core. In particular, the hysteretic behavior of these devices is a key-point in many fields of application and the need of a deep characterization of such a behavior occurs. Industrial equipment for producing this kind of characterization is expensive and complex systems are needed for specific tasks. In this work a fully-automatic tool for addressing the properties of ferroelectric capacitors is proposed, with high flexibility and low cost features.File in questo prodotto:
