Un impianto trasportabile per la mungitura di ovi-caprini in allevamenti bradi o transumanti

The present study refers to the planning, achievement and experimentation of a transportable prototype of mechanical milking machine for sheep and goats, for the running of which only one operator is sufficient. The idea arose following the coming into force of D.P.R. n. 54 on 14 January 1997, through which were incorporated the 92/46 and 92/47/EEC directives regarding the production of milk and its by-products. These regulations require that the shepherds have buildings and equipment which correspond to the specific hygiene and sanitary requirements in order to be able to carry out the traditional transformation process of milk into ewe’s milk cheese and cottage cheese. Therefore, a prototype of mechanical milking machine has been brought forward which is integrated with a mini cheese making unit which is itself also transportable. In this way, shepherds with flocks of 200-400 animals reared by transhumance or in protected areas can have the means necessary for the production and transformation of the milk in correct hygienic conditions and in compliance with current regulations. Tests have been carried out with the milking machine model (without the contribution of the mini cheese-making unit) with a flock of about a hundred animals for all the period of lactation. These tests have been used to evaluate the functional workability of the unit and the operative capacity reached by the single operator who ran it.

Nel presente studio si riferisce sulla progettazione, realizzazione e sperimentazione di un prototipo trasportabile di mungitura meccanica per ovi-caprini, per la cui gestione è sufficiente un solo addetto. L’idea è scaturita a seguito dell'entrata in vigore del D.P.R. n. 54 del 14 gennaio 1997, con il quale sono state recepite le direttive 92/46 e 92/47/CEE in merito alla produzione del latte e dei suoi derivati, che impone ai pastori, per potere eseguire la tradizionale trasformazione del latte in formaggio pecorino e ricotta, il possesso di locali e attrezzature rispondenti a specifici requisiti igienico-sanitari. E’ stato, quindi, messo a punto un prototipo di mungitura meccanica, integrato ad un mini-caseificio anch’esso trasportabile, in modo da fornire ai pastori con greggi di 200-400 capi, allevati effettuando la transumanza o all'interno di parchi e aree protette, i mezzi necessari per la produzione e la trasformazione del latte in corrette condizioni igieniche e in ottemperanza alle normative vigenti. Con il modulo per la mungitura, pur senza l’apporto del mini-caseificio, sono state condotte, per tutto il periodo di lattazione, prove presso un gregge della consistenza di un centinaio di capi, con le quali sono state valutate la funzionalità dell’impianto e la capacità operativa raggiunta dall’unico addetto che lo gestiva.
