Midecamycin is a macrolide whinch shows a good antibacterial action against many aerobic and anaerobic bacteria and shows peaker of high concentration inoral cavity tissue. The aim of this work is to determinate, by microbilogical assay, the tissue percentage, obtained by midecamycin in oral cavity abscesses.
