Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) and Participatory Values to Support of the Territorial Governance Processes

Our country today, is characterized by a deep economic, social and ethics crisis, such situation is forcing the citizens to rise up, to have no confidence in the way and in those who have ruled the country. It inaugurates so, a new season in which, the community takes a new perception of themselves as active subjects rather than marginal. Until now, the community has used the tool of the social networks for participating in the political discussion. They are becoming the new “agora” for the contemporary society. The social networks have become the platform for the generation of new shared values. So, in the era ICTs, may be used as new technology platform to support the governance of the territorial processes to improve the control and the quality of these, which, may become more democratic, plural and communicative. The study implements a new model for the participatory planning. It has multidisciplinary nature as the urban planning, the ICTs, the AI, the theory of decision support.
