The promotion of Sicilian historical-cultural heritage assumes a strategic role in the most complex policy of enhancing the image and identity of Sicily. Recent research has shown important results on the potential of ICTs (Information and Communication Technologies) for the promotion and use of the territory. The paper proposes a dynamic e-planning model, where valorisation policies are defined based on the inputs of the environment and users of the island's landscape-cultural mosaic through the design of a suitable digital platform and the auxiliary of social media.The aim of the work is to answer to the growing demand for innovative services related to the use of historical-cultural and gastronomic heritage linked to the increase in the use of smartphones and tablets and the behavior of the tourists and globetrotters.
