Abstract
3D pixel technology has been used successfully in the past with silicon detectors for tracking applications. Recently, a first prototype of the same 3D technology has been produced on a chemical vapour deposited single-crystal diamond sensor. This device has been subsequently tested in a beam test at CERN's SPS accelerator in a beam of 120 GeV protons. Details on the production and results of testbeam data are presented.File in questo prodotto:
