Light elements lithium, beryllium and boron (LiBeB) were used in the last years as "possible probes" for stellar structure. They are mainly destroyed by (p,a) reactions and cross section measurements for such channels are then needed. In this work a resume of the recent results, obtained via Trojan Horse Method, about the (11)B(p,alpha(0))(8)Be and (10)B(p,alpha)(7)Be reactions are shown. RI Carlin Filho, Nelson/C-2187-2012

New results on the Trojan Horse Method applied to the 10,11B+p reactions

Abstract

Light elements lithium, beryllium and boron (LiBeB) were used in the last years as "possible probes" for stellar structure. They are mainly destroyed by (p,a) reactions and cross section measurements for such channels are then needed. In this work a resume of the recent results, obtained via Trojan Horse Method, about the (11)B(p,alpha(0))(8)Be and (10)B(p,alpha)(7)Be reactions are shown. RI Carlin Filho, Nelson/C-2187-2012
