The paper presents new theoretical and experimental results related to the jump resonance phenomenon. It has been widely discussed in the literature as the behavior of some forced nonlinear systems, it is here investigated a novel system, based on electromechanical coupling, that, even if it is related to the classical Duffing model, it reflects the important phenomenon of multijump resonance.

Abstract
