Le Costituzioni: un invito alla comparazione. Dal passato al presente. Evoluzione di una ricerca

Proceeding with the selection of the constitutional texts contained in this volume, the Authors not only attempted to provide the translation (however not simple) into Italian of a certain number of Constitutions, but believed, in this way, to be able to suggest to the Reader some textual tools so that he ventures, starting from the "fragments" collected in the volume, in the reflection on the ever-current issues of constitutional law, "witnessed" and, to varying degrees, "embodied" in these texts, some of them very dating back over time.

Procedendo alla selezione dei testi costituzionali contenuti nel presente volume, gli Autori hanno tentato non solo di fornire la traduzione (comunque non semplice) in lingua italiana di un certo numero di Carte fondamentali, ma hanno creduto, in tal modo, di poter suggerire al lettore alcuni strumenti testuali affinché si avventuri, movendo dai “frammenti” raccolti nel volume, nella riflessione sulle tematiche sempre attuali del diritto costituzionale, “testimoniate” e, in varia misura, “incarnate” in questi testi, taluni di essi assai risalenti nel tempo.
