The work is part of the vast panorama of the sociology of law and provides a “toolbox” capable of facilitating the understanding of living law.The book is mainly addressed to students and/or scholars who wish to approach with this discipline for the first time. The aim is to show, also with examples and empirical research experiences, the complexity of the theoretical and methodological framework of the analysis perspective of sociology of law. In fact, it presents both the traditional themes connected with the subject, and others rarely considered.
