In this research the authors try deepen the connection betweenschool, work and disability in relation to pedagogical issuesgenerated by new educational, work and social realities that redesignthe new professional teaching of teachers especially inthe reconstruction of inclusive training alternatives in whichdisabled people are involved and rediscover a central role. Tothis end, four questionnaires were drawn up for the four subjectsinvolved: Disabled students, Asl contact person, tutorand company tutor. The twelve Secondary School Institutesinvolved were randomly selected from the territories of Catania,Siracusa, Ragusa and their provinces. We have chosen toinvestigate mainly the methods of school and work inclusionof disabled students, in particular sensory, in the Asl pathways;on the teaching strategies used; on the design of an Asl curriculumfor the disabled; on the evaluation criteria adapted inthe Asl curriculum. With this research it was concluded thatmuch work still needs to be done in the construction of alternatingschool work itineraries for disabled people.
In questa ricerca le Autrici tentano di approfondire il raccordotra scuola, lavoro e disabilità in relazione a questioni pedagogichegenerate da nuove realtà formative, lavorative e sociali,che ridisegnano la nuova didattica professionale dei docentisoprattutto nella ricostruzione di percorsi di alternanza formativainclusiva nei quali i soggetti disabili sono coinvolti e riscopronoun ruolo centrale. A tale fine, sono stati elaborati quattrotipologie di questionari somministrati a quattro categoriecoinvolte: Studenti disabili, Docenti Referenti dell’Asl, DocentiTutor didattici e Tutor aziendali. I dodici Istituti Scolasticidi Secondo grado coinvolti sono stati scelti a campione trai territori di Catania, Siracusa, Ragusa e relative Province.Lungo questa direzione, si è scelto di investigare principalmentesulle modalità di inclusione scolastica e lavorativa degli studentidisabili, in particolare sensoriali, nei percorsi di Asl; sullestrategie didattiche utilizzate; sulla progettazione di un colo in Asl rivolta agli studenti disabili; sui criteri di valutazioneadattati nel curricolo in Asl. Con questa ricerca si è conclusoche occorre ancora tanto da fare nella costruzione di percorsidi alternanza scuola lavoro rivolti ai disabili.
