Elastic-scattering angular distributions for the Li-6+Zn-64 system were measured at energies from below to above the Coulomb barrier. The experimental data were analyzed within the optical model to study the energy dependence of the interaction potential. The results suggest the presence of the breakup threshold anomaly. Preliminary results on the fusion cross-sections for the same system are also reported.
