L’archivio della gioia: riordino e catalogazione del fondo Sapienza-Pellegrino

The research project on the archival fonds belonging to Goliarda Sapienza is fully in line with the studies on authors' archives and libraries. The results of this work will give the public a better picture of the writer, her working methods and a more precise reconstruction of her writing lab. The presentation of the research starts with some considerations on the characteristics of the author's archives and libraries, followed by the analysis of the issues related to the treatment, management, acquisition and valorisation of the collection of documents and books. The analysis of the Goliarda Sapienza fund is preceded by an in-depth study of the author and her archival and book heritage, examining its peculiarities, the critical points and the adopted modes of treatment. The last chapter is dedicated to the description and inventory of the archival fund, mainly oriented towards the overall restitution of the structure and arrangement of the archive.

Il progetto di ricerca sul fondo archivistico appartenuto a Goliarda Sapienza si inserisce a pieno titolo tra gli studi relativi ad archivi e biblioteche d’autore; i risultati del presente lavoro permetteranno di restituire al pubblico una fisionomia più definita della scrittrice, delle sue modalità di lavoro e di ricostruire, in maniera più precisa, la sua officina di scrittura. L’esposizione della ricerca prende avvio da alcune considerazioni sulle caratteristiche degli archivi e delle biblioteche d’autore, seguite dall’analisi di questioni relative al trattamento, alla gestione, all’acquisizione e alla valorizzazione dei fondi documentari e librari. L’analisi del fondo Goliarda Sapienza è preceduta da un approfondimento sull’autrice e sul patrimonio archivistico e librario esaminandone le peculiarità, le criticità riscontrate e le modalità di trattamento adottate. Alla descrizione e all’inventario del fondo archivistico è dedicato l’ultimo capitolo, orientato principalmente verso la restituzione complessiva della struttura e delle articolazioni dell’archivio.
