Le emergenze sanitarie e gli Smart Hospitals. Apparecchiatura costruttiva di un Pronto Soccorso assemblabile prefabbricato in legno X-LAM

This research regards the mobile provisional healthcare constructions, which are used in the emergencies inducted by unexpected environmental events as earthquakes, flooding, and so on. Today healthcare response to these emergencies is mainly guaranteed by sending medic personnel and mobile structures as tents, pneumatic tents and shelter, designed to stay in the afflicted areas for a short period but which sometimes stays in use for several months or even years. In this context this research work tries to offer an alternative to the mobile structure proposing an X-LAM wood prefabricated first-aid, easily to set up, which can be used temporarily or stay on site after the emergencies end. This kind of first-aid is conceived to guarantee high technological standards and comfort too; it s territory integrated and environmentally-friendly, it uses low environmental impact materials, and it s energy efficient during his entire life (LCA). It s totally dry assembled and it produces minimal construction wastes thanks to its quite totally factory element s prefabrication.

Il presente lavoro di ricerca si colloca nel panorama dell edilizia sanitaria mobile temporanea, che viene impiegata durante le emergenze generate da eventi naturali imprevisti (terremoti, alluvioni, tsunami, etc.). Ad oggi la risposta sanitaria a tali emergenze viene garantita principalmente dall'invio di personale medico e di strutture mobili quali tende, tende pneumatiche e shelter, pensate allo scopo di permanere nel territorio per brevi periodi di tempo, ma che restano spesso in uso per diversi mesi o addirittura anni. In tale contesto, il presente lavoro di ricerca tenta di offrire un alternativa a queste strutture mobili, proponendo un pronto soccorso prefabbricato in legno X-LAM, facilmente assemblabile, che possa essere utilizzato con carattere temporaneo o che possa permanere nel territorio anche ad emergenza rientrata. Tale pronto soccorso viene pensato per garantire elevata qualità tecnologica e comfort ambientale; integrato e rispettoso del territorio e dell'ambiente, utilizza materiali a basso impatto ambientale e ha contenuto energetico molto ridotto durante il ciclo di vita (LCA); assemblato totalmente a secco, produce scarti da cantiere minimi grazie alla prefabbricazione quasi totale dei suoi elementi di fabbrica.
