The protection and control of marine environment by Acitrezza town sewage was studied. The outfalls of pipes were very close to the wildlife marine reserves. The bathimetry, sea temperature, salinity, wind direction and chemical parameters were performed under different meteorological conditions. A shallow water finite element modal was used to solve vertical average form of convection-diffusion equations. The map of probable diffusion of pollutants inside the investigated area for different meterological and marine conditions was also elaborated.
