The tower of San Pedro in Villacarralón, Valladolid, is the remains of a 5-order construction, almost 30 metres high and at risk of disappearing, due to its conservation state and the weakness of its materials, despite being partially reinforced. For this reason, on-site analyses were conducted to obtain a three-dimensional survey and draw a hypothesis about its original configuration. The 3D model allows a better comparison with similar towers in the region and supports its understanding and assessment. It could also be used for a necessary and hopefully restoration design.

Abstract
The tower of San Pedro in Villacarralón, Valladolid, is the remains of a 5-order construction, almost 30 metres high and at risk of disappearing, due to its conservation state and the weakness of its materials, despite being partially reinforced. For this reason, on-site analyses were conducted to obtain a three-dimensional survey and draw a hypothesis about its original configuration. The 3D model allows a better comparison with similar towers in the region and supports its understanding and assessment. It could also be used for a necessary and hopefully restoration design.File in questo prodotto:
