This paper presents a novel performance class AB current mirror. The circuit adopts an active-bootstrapped technique which allows low-voltage operations to be achieved. Moreover, the proposed solution exhibits high accuracy, linearity and an extremely high output resistance, without compromising frequency response. The excellent performance of the circuit is confirmed by simulations on a design example implemented in a standard 0.8 μm CMOS technology.

Abstract
This paper presents a novel performance class AB current mirror. The circuit adopts an active-bootstrapped technique which allows low-voltage operations to be achieved. Moreover, the proposed solution exhibits high accuracy, linearity and an extremely high output resistance, without compromising frequency response. The excellent performance of the circuit is confirmed by simulations on a design example implemented in a standard 0.8 μm CMOS technology.File in questo prodotto:
