We find an optimal strategy for displaying advertisements in given locations at given times under some realistic dynamic constraints. Our goal is to maximize the total profit produced by the impressions, which depends on profit-generating events such as the impressions themselves and the ensuing clicks. We must take into account the possibility that the constraints could change over time in a way that cannot always be foreseen.

Abstract
