Abstract
In this paper an Integrated Circuit (IC) implementation of the Fractional OrderDiffer-Integral Operator is proposed. The development of the IC device is realized using theSwitched Capacitors (SC) technology in order to minimize the area on the silicon vafer and takeadvantage of the electrical controllability.Time and frequency domain results validate the feasibility and reliability of the SC circuitimplementation. A detailed analysis of the influence of the non-idealities is proposed in orderto obtain a design aimed for the Integrated Circuit (IC) implementation. The proposed approach may guarantee a good degree of approximation of the fractional differintegraloperator and therefore the possibility to realize an IC based PIλDμ controller.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
