A set of ten different enantiomeric pairs of dansyl-derivatives of -amino acids were contemporarily separated in electrokinetic chromatography, by the use as selector of a cyclodextrin derivative synthesised in our laboratory through an accurate strategy of choice of the experimental conditions. As a part of this strategy, we have developed a procedure of identification of the single peaks in the electropherograms called LACI (lastly added component identification).

Abstract
