In the present paper we perform the complete group classification of a class of three-dimensional variable-coefficient Burgers equation. We construct the optimal system of three-dimensional subalgebras of Lie symmetry algebra for an equation from this class. We give an example of construction of exact solutions via reduction to ordinary differential equation.
