We present an overview of thesystem architecture to implement a solution forintegration of ImmunoGrid Web Services (IWS)and PI2S2 infrastructure. The main goal is toavoid a generic user to pass through all relatedand annoying GRID job submission steps to runthe ImmunoGrid Simulator. ImmunoGrid is asimulation framework to model of the HumanImmune System using Grid technologies. Itintegrates processes at molecular, cellular andorgan levels. The access to Grid services is madeby a Virtual User Interface (VUI) based onSLCERN306-VIRTUAL-UI. It ran by VM-Wareapplication installed on the Web server. Theauthentication step from IWS to the VUI is madeby SSH without password or passphrase usingpublic key authentication with an agent. Theprevious attempts leaded to a proof of concept ofthe integration. Actually the system is ready andup and now it is able to run also the graphicalengine in order to visualize ImmunoGridsimulator results. As an example, last worksincluded an upgrade step to provide tools forgraphical needs. Moreover a general effort wasmade in order to use only open source software.
