We present an overview of the system architecture to implement a solution for integration of ImmunoGrid Web Services (IWS) and PI2S2 infrastructure. The main goal is to avoid a generic user to pass through all related and annoying GRID job submission steps to run the ImmunoGrid Simulator. ImmunoGrid is a simulation framework to model of the Human Immune System using Grid technologies. It integrates processes at molecular, cellular and organ levels. The access to Grid services is made by a Virtual User Interface (VUI) based on SLCERN306-VIRTUAL-UI. It ran by VM-Ware application installed on the Web server. The authentication step from IWS to the VUI is made by SSH without password or passphrase using public key authentication with an agent. The previous attempts leaded to a proof of concept of the integration. Actually the system is ready and up and now it is able to run also the graphical engine in order to visualize ImmunoGrid simulator results. As an example, last works included an upgrade step to provide tools for graphical needs. Moreover a general effort was made in order to use only open source software.
