Metodo di valutazione dello stato conservativo degli edifici: Rilevamento speditivo e progettazione del SIT

In this paper it is proposed a methodology of quick surveying aimed to evaluate the state of buildings preservation. The awareness about the cultural value of historical center forces to a deep study to evaluate the state of conservation and to organize a strategy of building’s rehabilitation. It has been important even to choose the most opportune and flexible tool to face multidisciplinary themes and to acquire data that can give a wide and complete point of view: GIS software. This research starts from the ideation of a new and quick but structured schedule that synthesizes different elements. The elements that are present in the schedule constitute the fields of a database that is projected to contain data of different origins, to rework them comparing and overlapping on a common platform offered by territorial referring to be able to obtain printable layouts and thematic maps. This “strategy valuation” – that can be linked to action of refurbishment and retrofit to current technical issues (or regulations) – provides a priority system that could be useful, considering the limitations of resources that have to be optimized for the best planning. Having this consultation and managing system that allows us to use a scale larger than the traditional one and that will be developed with the application to a case study in historical centre of Catania, will make possible to do informed choice, more targeted interventions for the contextual evaluation of different aspect.
