A new notion of landscape is emerging, in which elements from different approaches – semiotic, phenomenological, psychoanalytic – converge, highlighting its essence as manifold and ever-changing reality (in an event oriented sense). Abstract
Landscape constitutes the most general and extensive dimension for the formation of the value of a territorial context identifying the settled community; a dimension that transcends the perceptions of the context and affirms its ontology. Landscape may be interpreted as a matrix that regenerates itself from its own prints, and evolves in such auto-referentiality modifying the ethical – axiological arrangement that legitimates the chain facts-motivations-valuations-actions. A new notion of landscape is emerging, in which elements from different approaches – semiotic, phenomenological, psychoanalytic – converge, highlighting its essence as manifold and ever-changing reality (in an event oriented sense). Landscape is antecedent and subsequent amalgam, in the relation of bidirectional adaptation man-environment, and print that separates/unites mould and product.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
