The cannibal attitude of the project and of the construction can manifest itself at a distance or site specific: measures and matter coming from a site to build another place, matter and ideas keep on modifying and building that same place. Through a brief overview of some projects, we will try to find out how and where this tradition of discipline still operates and is able to shape the city’s architecture.
L’attitudine cannibalesca del progetto e della costruzione può manifestarsi a distanza o site specific: misure e materia da un sito per costruire un altro luogo, materia e idee per continuare a modificare e costruire quello stesso luogo. Attraverso un breve excursus di alcuni progetti, tenteremo di rintracciare come e dove questa tradizione della disciplina sia ancora operante e capace di dare forma all’architettura della città.
