School, as the educational institution par excellence, is also the essential crossroads for encounters, for exchanges and for highlighting cultural diversity, and in this complex period must bear the brunt of the problems relating to the inclusion of foreign students. The processes of personal growth and development of identity, in the delicate phase of opening to the other, moving towards an authentic process of inclusion, are highly complex, since they must deal with, on the one hand, native culture in its strong and characteristic outlines, and the stimulus of sharing models and values belonging to a new reality.
