This paper is based on the decision of the FIGC Federal Court of Appeal. It offers an opportunity to focus on the theme of racist insults during sporting events and on the attitude and coordination of the remedies offered in these cases by the state and sports regulations. The subject of particular attention is the issue of remedies offered at federal sports level and their unsuitability, also in relation to the effectiveness of the bond of justice.
