In this contribution, the Author tries to define the meaning of the professionalism of the school manager between governance and teaching at the time of Covid-19. In fact, the school manager found himself dealing with the safety of school staff and the protection of public health in the light of the various provisions, national and regional ordinances, safety protocols, putting himself to the test and finding himself reorienting the teaching staff both on the didactic, organizational and educational level and on the level of the human relationship lacked above all with distance teaching and / or with integrated teaching.

Abstract
