Abstract

The vision of patriarchy of radical feminists linked women who, in the '80s opposing NATO’s decision to install nuclear missiles in Europe, unmasked the sexual and gender roots of militarism and the archaic roots of the violence-war-conflict-sex nexus. The connection with British and Italian feminists led to the birth of the peace camp “La Ragnatela” in Comiso. The essay aims to reconstruct that experience, the exchange of models, practices, and reflections.
