Today's society imposes, now more than ever, for its complexity a pedagogical reflection but also a specific action on the theme of training at work, active citizenship, intergenerational and intercultural dialogue.To this end, the manifest intention of pedagogy is to enhance the centrality of the person in training and work, through a system of services in the capillary territory, guaranteeing citizenship rights also to cultural needs and active participation of the population in view of a "full integration".

Abstract
