Abstract

The theories of complexity represent a challenge for the psychology. Multidimensional and cumulative analyses, action-research, and qualitative analyses are suggested as means to approach complexity in a scientific way. A new epistemology of research based on global and not reductionist approaches to reality, non deterministic and circular causality, are needed.
