The engineering-guided tissue regeneration technique has been developed over the past few decades. In dentistry, the 3D printing technology enables the manufacturing of an individualized 3D object with a chosen design and material. More specifically, the chance of including living cells has elevated the method of 3D printing and nanoprinting to a superior level and allowed the realization of various tissues in medicine and in oral healthcare applications. In this regard, new personalized therapeutic opportunities for the patient are emerging. This chapter analyzed the most recent scientific evidence analysis of 3D nanoprinting methods for oral health, with particular reference to reconstructive techniques in the restorative, prosthetic, surgical, and oral medicine field.
