This contribution aims to highlight the function of art as a tool for analyzing the technological and social changes underway, through the analysis of an exhibition of digital art, El jardín de las delicias. A recorrido a través de las obras de la Colección SOLO. The network of artists of the Colección SOLO responds with its creative action to the great crises of the 21st century: the ecological one and that of digital capitalism (cf. This allows us to redefine art as a medium that allows not only the intersection of scientific and technical knowledge, but also to try to give back to the media artist the role of technician and craftsman, without renouncing the intellectual mandate. . The worlds of art thus become a very rich field of exploration also for a live and punk sociology (Beer, 2014).

Abstract
This contribution aims to highlight the function of art as a tool for analyzing the technological and social changes underway, through the analysis of an exhibition of digital art, El jardín de las delicias. A recorrido a través de las obras de la Colección SOLO. The network of artists of the Colección SOLO responds with its creative action to the great crises of the 21st century: the ecological one and that of digital capitalism (cf. Arvidsson [2019] 2020), as causes of insecurities and a sense of loss, surveillance anxiety and collective fears due to the feeling of inadequacy and isolation with respect to the perceived dimensions of the problem. The artists involved in the exhibition path proposed at the Matadero Cultural Center in Madrid are known for experimenting with languages derived from AI Aesthetics, New Media Art, Algorithmic Cultures (cf. Seyfert, Roberge 2016). This allows us to redefine art as a medium that allows not only the intersection of scientific and technical knowledge, but also to try to give back to the media artist the role of technician and craftsman, without renouncing the intellectual mandate. . The worlds of art thus become a very rich field of exploration also for a live and punk sociology (Beer, 2014).I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
