This chapter analyses the application of ENP in the Southern Caucasus. The first part provides a historical and political overview of the area. The second one investigates the ENP through its different phases, until the most recent one, which deals with the preparation of the individual Action Plans with the three countries. In the third ones, the ENP is applied for examining the EU’s role in the area.
