Quale fiducia nell’algoritmo? Il dibattito sulla decisione automatizzata nelle scienze giuridiche e sociali

The volume collects part of the results of the final phase of the research on “Responsibility, neuroscience, processes of social determination”, (keywords: 1. Responsibility, 2. Neuroscience, 3. Social standards, 4. Judgments, 5. Artificial Intelligence) coordinated first by Prof. Salvatore Aleo and then by Prof. Enrico Lanza, funded by the University of Catania as part of the University research plan UNICT 2020-22 (line 2) conducted in the Department of Political and Social Sciences. In continuity with the volume “Scientific Evolution and Profiles of Responsibility”, printed with this publisher in 2021, at this stage, the focus was on the theme of Artificial Intelligence, from a multidisciplinary perspective, involving scholars from the various social sciences, and giving wide space to young researchers.

Il volume raccoglie parte dei risultati della fase finale della ricerca su “Responsabilità, neuroscienze, processi di predeterminazione sociale”, (parole chiave: 1. Responsabilità, 2. Neuroscienze, 3. Standard sociali, 4. Giudizi, 5. Intelligenza artificiale) coordinata prima dal prof. Salvatore Aleo e poi dal prof. Enrico Lanza, finanziata dall’Università degli Studi di Catania nell’ambito del piano di ricerca di Ateneo UNICT 2020-22 (linea 2) condotta nel Dipartimento di Scienze politiche e sociali. Ponendosi in continuità con il volume “Evoluzione scientifica e profili di responsabilità”, stampato con quest’editore nell’anno 2021, in questa fase, ci si è concentrati sul tema dell’Intelligenza artificiale, in un’ottica multidisciplinare, coinvolgendo studiosi delle varie scienze sociali, e dando ampio spazio ai giovani ricercatori.
