Human rights, Justice and Pluralism

An analysis of the nature of human rights is here carried out by using the tools of normative political philosophy and legal theory, following and established tradition in contemporary thought. More specifically, its object mainly concerns two issues: (a) the issue of the foundation of rights and (b) the issue of the justification of rights.

Svolgo qui un'analisi dei della natura dei diritti umani attraverso gli strumenti della filosofia politica normativa e della teoria del diritto, seguendo una tradizione ben consolidata nella filosofia contemporanea. In particolare, concentro l'attenzione su due punti: (a) la fondazione e (b) la giustificazione dei diritti.
